PECORINO TOSCANO DEL CASENTINO:
The mountain sheep milk, free from GMOs and naturally lactose-free, is the most important component of Pecorino del Casentino and is the origin of its quality. The sheep graze among the meadows and woods of Casentino, in the homonymous natural park located on the border between Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna. The pastures range from 1000 to 1600 meters in height, making the milk exceptionally aromatic and creamy. Pecorino del Casentino is produced according to a centuries-old tradition in the mountain village of Talla, where careful hands follow it with care throughout the aging process.
Tasting notes: Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before consuming. It pairs perfectly with two drops of Tuscan olive oil, a sprinkle of black pepper, and a glass of Chianti Classico.
Storage: Wrap the cheese in food paper or perforated plastic wrap to allow proper ventilation even in the refrigerator. It can also be stored in a closed and cool place such as a cellar at a temperature between 10 and 15 degrees.

CEDAR MARMALADE:
Cedar, with its aromatic peel and succulent pulp, is the undisputed protagonist of the marmalade. Its natural sweetness is enhanced by a touch of sugar and water, creating a velvety texture and a balanced sweetness that enhances the authentic flavor of the fruit. Cedar Marmalade lends itself to multiple uses in the kitchen: spread on slices of toasted bread in the morning, paired with fine cheeses, or used as an ingredient for refined desserts.

CENTURIES-OLD OLIVE WOOD CUTTING BOARD:
