Molino Agostini is a company that looks to the future, with roots spanning three generations. Emidio Agostini began his milling business at the end of the Second World War. The need to rebuild Italy drove him to establish not only a mill but also a pasta factory and an oil mill. From that initial project and to keep alive the passion of his grandfather and family, for almost 20 years Roberto Agostini has chosen to convert the mill plant and dedicate it entirely to organic production.

Molino Agostini is 100% organic. Today, years later, Roberto has managed to restore an entire line of pasta produced with organic semolina and create a new range of products, all strictly organic. He wanted to remain an artisan of flour, but while respecting the territory, biodiversity, the health of those around him, and his customers. To achieve these results, Roberto has entered into cultivation contracts with local organic farms, searched for ancient native grains to cultivate to experiment with new types of production, and radically changed the way of production.
