The Leccino and Frantoio olive trees are common varieties cultivated for olive oil production in various regions of the world, especially in Italy.
The Leccino has a compact growth habit and a rounded shape. Its leaves are medium-sized, lanceolate, and dark green. It produces high-quality olive oil, fruity and delicate, with a slight bitter and spicy aftertaste.
The Frantoio has a more upright growth habit compared to the Leccino, with a slimmer shape. Its leaves are medium-sized, oval, and grayish-green. It produces high-quality olive oil, fruity and intense, with a slight bitter and spicy aftertaste.
Both of these varieties are widely appreciated by olive growers for their oil quality characteristics and adaptability to diverse growing conditions.

The milling of the Tuquam Extra Virgin Olive Oil was carried out by the Valnogaredo Mill in Cinto Euganeo, Padua.
